Question How do I place an order?
AnswerAfter selecting your products and you are in the basket, press the button PROCEED TO PAY. In the next step you can create a free account at Hippocrates-Farm.com, so that you can make purchases and be able to return to your account at any time to view your transactions or complete pending orders. If you do not want to create an account at Hippocrates-Farm.com and you wish to complete your order as a guest: Fill in the shipping details and billing details. Choose the payment method, accept the terms of use and complete your order. Upon successful completion you will see a summary of the order and you will receive a corresponding email.
Question Will I receive an email order ?
AnswerYou will receive an automatic notification email as soon as the registration of your order is completed. The email contains all the details of your order as well as information you need to know according to the payment method you have chosen. If you do not receive the automated message, your order may not be completed. In this case, call us at +302610 647146 to check your order together
Question Can I order by phone?
AnswerWe will be happy to serve you by phone and help you place your order through the secure environment of our online store. For your better and faster service, orders are NOT taken by phone. For orders related to shipments in Cyprus, the payment of your order is completed electronically via Paypal or deposit in a bank account. COD payment method is not available for shipments in Cyprus.

OTHER COUNTRIES

For orders concerning other foreign countries outside Cyprus, the payment of your order is completed electronically via Paypal or deposit in a bank account, without including shipping costs. Then, after your order is successfully registered, the order management calculates the weight of the shipment and within one day sends you an e-mail with a new link and instructions for payment of costs, while your initial order remains pending until the completion of the payment. COD payment method is not available for shipments abroad.

AnswerNo. There is no minimum order cost. There is a minimum order quantity for some products which is listed on their page.

AnswerOur company sends daily products outside Greece.

CYPRUS

Question You have confirmed my order but I have received an e-mail informing me that there is no stock for this product. Why did this happen?
AnswerUnfortunately, despite the fact that our system during the execution of your order, showed that there is stock in the specific product, during its collection from our warehouse it was found that there was no availability. In this rare case we are obliged to cancel your order at no charge to you.

AnswerFor shipments the Hippocrates-Farm.com cooperates with ACS Courier.
Question How long does it take to receive my order and at what cost?
AnswerShipments to the wider region of Greece are made within 5-10 working days. All orders placed until 13:00 (Greek time) are processed by us on the same day, while beyond this time the orders are processed the next day. All orders placed on Friday after 13:00 (Greek time) and throughout the weekend, are processed on Monday.
Question VAT is included in the price?
